The estate of early rock 'n' roll singer Roy Orbison filed a $12 million lawsuit against Sony Music in Nashville, Tenn.'s U.S. District Court earlier this month, according to publicists for Orbison's widow, Barbara. She alleges that her husband was "grossly underpaid" in foreign and domestic royalties by the company during the 1960s and '70s. Roy Orbison, a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer best known for his 1964 hit "Oh, Pretty Woman," died from a heart attack in 1988 at age 52. Sony Music had no comment on the suit.
