A Canadian judge has ordered a venue operator to pay $44,000 to promoter

Universal Concerts for breaking its contract to host a concert by

shock-rocker Marilyn Manson last July, according to the Calgary

Sun newspaper. Larry Rykman, former administrator for Calgary's Max

Bell Arena, claimed he was "tricked" into hosting the show by the artist he

later called "offensive, obscene and demeaning."
