New revelations are emerging from the Spice Girls' recent interview
with BBC Radio One DJ Kevin Greening. The press office of the BBC has
confirmed that Scary Spice (a.k.a. Melanie B.) announced
during Monday's phone interview that she is planning to record tracks for a new
solo project, including a duet with rapper Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott.
Scary Spice reportedly told Greening that she plans to record with Elliott during
the Spice Girls' 11-week U.S. tour. Monday's interview was the first time that the
group has spoken with the press since the departure of Ginger Spice
(a.k.a. Geri Halliwell).
