Having achieved her own so-called “revenge body,” Khloé Kardashian now wants to help other men and women do the same. And because she’s a Kardashian, she’s doing it with a new reality show. (Here’s hoping this one fares better than the short-lived Kocktails with Khloé. R.I.P.)

Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian looks like a mix between The Biggest Loser and What Not to Wear, as Khloé joins forces with a team of trainers and stylists to drastically change 16 participants’ lives. “Let’s make our haters our biggest motivators,” she tells them. There’s plenty of humor, whining, and drama, as well as a hefty dose of tough love — like when Khloé tells one woman, “Either buckle down and take it seriously or I’m just going to have to drop you and get somebody new.” Damn, boss.

Revenge Body premieres on E! on January 12 — just in time to refuel your health-focused New Year’s resolution, which you probably will have dropped by then.
