Cancel Halloween Because Bette Midler’s Hocus Pocus Throwback Just Won It

Bow before Winifred!

#TBT’s come and gone this week, but Bette Midler’s late entry is totally worth the wait. The Divine Miss M is the woman behind one of the most iconic Halloween movies of the ’90s — or, well, maybe ever — and she revived the character she played in it with one show-stopping costume.

For the New York Restoration Project’s Halloween (or, sorry, Hulaween) party at New York’s Waldorf Astoria, Midler busted out the buck teeth and the giant red beehive to conjure up some Hocus Pocus vibes.

It’s everything we want in a seasonal mid-’90s throwback and more.

Her fellow Sanderson Sisters, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy, weren’t present, but we bet they’re just as stoked to see this spooky, familiar face as we are.
