Camila Cabello Is Branching Off From Fifth Harmony For An Unexpected Duet

No, it’s not with Shawn Mendes

Camila Cabello is breaking free from Fifth Harmony yet again.

After duetting with Shawn Mendes on last year's intense hit “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” Cabello is teaming up with rapper Machine Gun Kelly for a new song, “Bad Things.” The unexpected duo teased their joint single, which drops this Friday (October 14), by tweeting animated, handwritten lyrics. Cabello’s reads, “Am I out of my head? Am I out of my mind?” while MGK’s reads, “I want you forever even when we’re not together / Scars on my body, I can look at you whenever.”

Judging by the single's artwork — which debuted on Billboard and features pink lips adorned with flowers — this is shaping up to be quite the flirty collab.

For now, it’s unclear whether “Bad Things” will appear on a new album from MGK, from Cabello, or whether it’s just a one-off single, but we’ll find out soon enough.
