Bruno Mars has been quietly working on his third album for most of 2016, and it looks like we'll finally get to hear some new music this week.
Early Monday morning (October 3), the singer announced on Twitter that he's done with his first new album since 2012's Unorthodox Jukebox. He also confirmed that a new single, "24K Magic," is due out this Friday, October 7.
"You can call it my first single, but I call it the invitation to the party," Mars wrote in an Instagram caption.
What kind of party? Apparently the kind that warrants three champagne-bottle emojis and its own specially printed hat.
