Remember when James Franco shared that Instagram pic of himself posing with a sweating, scantily-dressed Keegan Allen and the internet's thirst increased by 200 percent? That photo, among others, is from the upcoming film King Cobra, which dropped its first trailer today (September 26).
Based on the true story of adult film producer Bryan Kocis's murder in 2007, the movie follows up-and-coming porn star Sean Paul Lockhart, stage name Brent Corrigan (played by Teen Beach Movie and Teen Beach 2 star Garrett Clayton), as he develops a working relationship with Cobra Video mogul Stephen (Christian Slater), before they have a serious falling out. It seems Lockhart would rather be his own agent instead of adhering to Stephen's tyranny, which includes trademarking his stage name.
Cue Joe (Franco) and Harlow (Allen), lovers and Stephen's rival adult film producers, who swoop in to help Lockhart out of his situation, yielding disastrous consequences. Check out the steamy trailer below.
King Cobra premieres in limited theaters and Video on Demand October 21, 2016.
