One Of The Chainsmokers Is Really Bad At Gravity

You’re only supposed to drop the beat, dude

There are a few truths that keep us anchored in this sick, sad world: Tomatoes are fruits, not vegetables; for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction; Ross and Rachel were on a break; and what goes up must come down.

Alex Pall from The Chainsmokers totally learned the last one the hard way when he got up on a platform onstage at a recent show in San Diego and fell like a box of cereal from the top shelf.

Thankfully, the hitmaker had a decent sense of humor about his tumble — and, more importantly, is fine. Between Alex's fall and Drew's brief spell of amnesia at the VMAs, the dudes are a little worse for wear, but hopefully not for long.

The moral of the story: If you're gonna climb up onto your stage setup in front of thousands and thousands of people, be careful. Or wear a helmet.
