Timmy Turner's mom and dad have won the "Strangest Parents Ever" award 15 years in a row, but now a new pair are giving them a run for their money on The Fairly OddParents. In this exclusive clip from the new episode set to air Friday (September 16), Timmy meets the wacky parents of Chloe Carmichael — his neighbor and sharer of Cosmo and Wanda. Voiced by Saturday Night Live alum Cheri Oteri, Connie Carmichael is an "extreme veterinarian" and wildlife rescuer — with a stress on the wild part. Along with Chloe's dad, Clark (Mick Wingert), Connie makes up random words, puts her pants on backward, and screeches like Tarzan in the jungle. Step up your game, Mrs. Turner. Your meatloaf coming to life isn't gonna save your reputation as the most bizarre mama now.

"Connie is definitely an Alpha Mom who will protect her young at all costs," series creator Butch Hartman told MTV News. "Her environmental consciousness is only surpassed by her love for her family and clothing made from all-natural materials! Plus, she has a heck of a Tarzan scream!" No word on if Clark has his own version of Mr. Turner's "Dinkleberg," however. We can only hope! Check out the hilarious clip above.
