Gigi Hadid was totally moved that Taylor Swift took time out of her busy schedule to support her at New York Fashion Week — especially because that busy schedule potentially involves work on the follow-up to 1989.

Hadid presented her collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger, TOMMYXGIGI, at New York’s Pier 16 on September 9, and spoke with Entertainment Tonight about her accomplishment and the famous friends who had cheered her on from the front row.

“She’s obviously such a great friend,” she gushed to ET’s Carly Steel. “And, you know, she’s starting to go back to work in the studio again, and really made time to be here for me, and I am so grateful for that.”

Who knows? Maybe Gigi will support her in turn and pop up in another one of Swift’s music videos once these new sounds see the light of day.
