Let MØ’s Frank Ocean Cover Tide You Over Until 'Boys Don’t Cry' Drops

The Danish singer gives ‘Lost’ a reggae-synth makeover

While the rest of the world waits for Frank Ocean’s new album with increasingly impatient levels of tolerance, has given us a new cover that makes the delay a little more bearable.

The Danish artist — best known for her Major Lazer collaborations “Lean On” and “Cold Water” — has covered Ocean’s Channel Orange cut “Lost.” Recorded for 4Music’s Box Upfront, the live session finds MØ reimagining “Lost” as a slinky, tropical number with a reggae beat and synths galore. It’s the kind of performance that demands to be seen and not just heard, as MØ’s erratic moves really do give you the impression that she’s “lost in the thrill of it all.”

Give your eyes a break from starting at a live stream of an empty warehouse, and check out the performance below.
