Niall Horan can’t escape his fans, not even while he’s asleep.

The One Direction member recently reposted a photo a fan had shared of him sleeping on an airplane. “I sat directly next to Niall from One Direction for 9 hours on my flight home from London last night,” reads the caption. “He was sick and asked for no selfies, but here is a pic I snapped when he was sleeping lol."

Horan was understandably a little freaked out by the opportunistic picture-taker. "I think this shit is unreal,” he tweeted. "I mean if you can't sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can u do."

Fame definitely comes with its share of privacy invasions, as Justin Bieber can tell you, but Horan has been especially vocal about disturbing fan behavior in recent months. In May, he revealed that his personal cell phone number had leaked and he’d been receiving a barrage of abusive messages at all hours.

Even pop stars have their limits, and getting to sleep without being photographed seems to be a pretty reasonable one.
