Yet another one of the hope-filled possible release dates for Frank Ocean’s Boys Don’t Cry album came and went over the weekend, but the reclusive singer was kind enough to give an update on the project. Sort of.
In early July, Frank shared an image on his website of (far too many) tentative release dates with no actual release, with a glimmer of light creeping through: There was a July 2016 date on there, too.
July is now over, and the album isn’t here, so it proved to be yet another tease. But early Monday, Frank updated his website, posting a mysterious video. The stream has an Apple Music logo on it, and shows a man walking around in a relatively empty warehouse-looking place.
BUT WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN AND WHEN IS THE ALBUM COMING OUT?
