Curren$y Gives A Taste Of Eighth Mixtape Of 2016 With Some Help From Rick Ross

The dude won’t slow down

You didn't think these last two weeks in July would go by without some new music from Curren$y, did you? Of course not.

If you've paid attention to Spitta's output in 2016 — he's released seven mixtapes, including one every month — then you'd know it's a safe bet that another is on the way soon. In fact, on Friday, the New Orleans native will release Weed & Instrumentals 2, a follow-up to March's initial installment. And today we got our first taste of that, with the video for "Pirates."

True to the name of the upcoming tape, Spitta goes in over Rick Ross' God Forgives, I Don't instrumental, and smokes weed in the accompanying music video. Curren$y: a man of his word.
