The bad guys take center stage in David Ayer's Suicide Squad, but none are as fearsome as Amanda Waller (Viola Davis), the woman responsible for assembling Task Force X. Despite the fact that she doesn't wield a bedazzled firearm or possess superhuman powers, Waller is still one of the “scariest” characters in the movie, and this recently released extended promo highlights the enigmatic woman behind the whole operation.

Does Waller have ulterior motives she's not disclosing to Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), or — as Deadshot puts it — is she just a “mean lady?”
