Kid Ink Gets His James Bond On With 'GoldenEye'

Off of the upcoming 'Rocketshipshawty 2' mixtape

Kid Ink is still pushing his latest single, "Nasty," featuring Jeremih and Spice, but that doesn't mean that — like he's proven throughout his career — he's not already focused on his next musical endeavor. In this case, that's Rocketshipshawty 2, and on Monday, we got "GoldenEye," our second taste of the upcoming mixtape.

For the track, Ink morphs into the rap James Bond, rhyming stealthily over a slow-rolling, Bond-inspired beat. "Come with me if you wanna live / I got needs I got unfulfilled / Come with me if you wanna live / My only enemy is looking in the mirror," he raps on the hook.

This wasn't a strictly Bond-influenced jam, though. Apparently, a litany of Walking Dead episodes served as inspiration, too. Hey, why not?

Rocketshipshawty 2 is on the way.
