Here's What Melina From Lizzie McGuire Looks Like Now

Her Instagram game is A+

Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire had you shippping couples before you even knew what shipping was. The first match? Lizzie and Gordo, obviously. The second? Lizzie's baby bro Matt and his girlfriend girl friend Melina Bianco, played by Carly Schroeder. She outsmarted every one of his pranks.

Schroeder was only 11 when she started on Disney Channel — her "awkward adolescent phase" — so stars Hilary Duff and Lalaine acted as her "big sisters" on set.

"[They] gave me candy when no one was looking and tolerated my abundance of energy," Schroeder revealed in a touching #WCW post. "For years, I rocked hand-me-downs from Hilary and couldn't have been more stoked she made me look fashionable. During a difficult time in my life I had these two gorgeous, intelligent, talented big sisters looking out for me."

Today, Schroeder still remains close with the cast, especially Jake Thomas (Matt) and Clayton Snyder (hottie Ethan Craft).

"You know you're a family when you can be your weird self and not fear judgement," she captioned the pic below. D'aww!

After wrapping The Lizzie McGuire Movie in 2003, Schroeder appeared in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, the Lifetime movie Prayers for Bobby, and the rom-com Slightly Single in L.A., among other roles.

She also graduated from California Lutheran University!

I feel the need to introduce you to Jax, an adorable Shiba Inu puppy she adopted last year. Have you ever seen such a photogenic canine?

He can even do yoga!

As for Schroeder, she's into adventuring, animal rights, and veganism. She climbs, runs, surfs, bikes — you get the gist.

According to Outdoor Bella Magazine, her future goals are "to empower women, protect animals, hike the Pacific Crest Trail, shark dive, and be in a film with Reese Witherspoon." (Fun fact: Witherspoon's character hikes the same trail in Wild.)

Speaking of adventures, if you want to feel an adrenaline rush, Schroeder's Instagram is what dreams are made of. (Sorry, not sorry for the Lizzie reference.)

Seriously, look at these incredible photos.

Thanks for inspiring all kinds of wanderlust, Carly. You rock; don't ever change. 💪
