In the wizarding world of Harry Potter, Quidditch reigns supreme. It boasts a fervent fan following, dozens of professional teams around the globe, and some seriously high-flying action. So it's easy to see why Quidditch has captivated wizards and witches since its creation in the 11th century. (In fact, it's so popular that the game has since been adapted into a Muggle sport.)
Since you've probably already established which Quidditch position you'd play if you were, in fact, able to find a Nimbus 2000 on such short notice -- Chaser, Beater, Seeker, or Keeper -- we decided to make things more interesting. We learned a few things about the Professional Quidditch League in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series, and we learned even more in Kennilworthy Whisp's Quidditch Through the Ages. For example, Oliver Wood joined the Puddlemere United reserve team after graduating from Hogwarts. (But not before imparting this wisdom on a young Boy Wizard: "Get the Snitch, or die trying.") Similarly, Ginny Weasley joined the Holyhead Harpies after her graduation. And we know Ron Weasley was a ride-or-die Chudley Canons fan. But now it's time to find out which professional Quidditch team is the right one for you.
And please, if you don't like our call, no retaliating by casting an engorgio spell on the referee's buttocks. OK?
