A$AP Ferg’s new video for his Strive and Prosper cut “World Is Mine” makes his life look wholly and ridiculously glamorous. But as we all know, money doesn’t buy happiness ... or a faithful girlfriend.

Here’s Ferg’s life in a nutshell, as it’s presented to us: When he’s not suited up in an impeccably tailored ensemble, he’s rocking a silk emerald green robe. He sips on fancy tequila at an ornate dining room table. Ever the Renaissance man, he draws up blueprints for his Adidas sneakers, then paints watercolor pictures on his balcony overlooking the ocean. His bud Big Sean sometimes stops by to brood and rap and luxuriate. And he has a gorgeous lady friend who checks in on him from time to time.

Only problem is, homegirl isn’t too happy that Ferg’s always so damn busy, so she’s left sulking around in bedazzled gowns, waiting impatiently for him and, ultimately, betraying him. Meanwhile, Ferg and Sean ruminate over a brooding beat about the price they pay for fame and fortune.
