Adele Has Graciously Decided To Let You Listen To '25' For Free

Seven months after its release, Adele's latest hits Spotify

Adele has finally deigned to drop her latest album into the cesspools of the digital stream.

Though the singer fiercely held on to 25 as a purchase-only release for seven whole months, representatives from major streaming services have confirmed that the record will begin streaming tonight at midnight. Starting June 24, you’ll be able to listen to “When We Were Young” on repeat without shelling out that $1.29 on iTunes for the mp3 download.

Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, and Amazon Prime are all set to host 25, despite Adele’s former insistence that streaming music felt “disposable."

"I don’t use streaming,” Adele told Time in 2015. "I buy my music. I download it, and I buy a physical [copy] just to make up for the fact that someone else somewhere isn’t."

Thanks to the graciousness of Adele and/or her record label, now even the cheap and impure among us can luxuriate in the majesties of her voice.
