Troye Sivan And Alessia Cara Team Up For A 'Wild' New Collab

Could you think of a cooler duo?

Troye Sivan and Alessia Cara, two of the trendiest, most cutting-edge young artists of the moment, just dropped your new go-to summer jam. And you might even know it already.

Troye first wrote the song, "Wild" — the title track of his second EP that later ended up on his debut album, Blue Neighborhood, in 2015 — with Alex Hope. But this new version featuring Alessia has had fans stoked from the moment he announced it earlier this week.

And this isn't a stellar mash-up with her similarly titled track "Wild Things" (although that would make a lot of sense and be pretty cool). Nope, Alessia actually wrote an entirely new verse for the song and added some dreamy vocals.

"We’re alike you and I / Two blue hearts locked in our wrong minds/ So can we make the most out of no time?/ Can you hold me? / Can you make me leave my demons and my broken pieces behind?" Alessia sings.

What's next for the magical duo (and apparent bowling buddies)? An accompanying music video, live performance, and maybe a tour? Let's hope! 🙏
