Here's The Second Promo For Donald Glover's Show 'Atlanta' (But There's Still No Talking)

The show debuts in September

Inching toward three years since the initial announcement of Atlanta, we're finally getting our first tastes of Donald Glover's upcoming show for FX. Granted, they're teasers in the truest sense of the word — really not revealing much, though still building excitement — but their mere existence is promising.

The latest promo, the second in a week, debuted during the NBA Finals on Wednesday night. Set to Tame Impala's "New Person, Same Old Mistakes," the clip features Donald walking through the streets (of Atlanta, presumably), sticking flyers on car windshields and in people's hands.

The previous promo, which you can watch below, was shot in a similar style.

Atlanta draws on Donald’s considerable talents as a musician, actor and writer to give us something unique,” Nick Grad, president of original programming for FX and FX Prods, said last year. “The story is made all the more powerful by the great cast and the contributions of Donald’s fellow executive producer Paul Simms and director Hiro Murai. We can’t wait to for the debut of Atlanta next year.”

The series is set to debut this September.
