Fans have been clamoring for a new Schoolboy Q album for months, and they'll finally get it this summer.
On Tuesday night, Q announced the release date of his upcoming project, which will be his first since February 2014's Oxymoron.
The news comes just a couple weeks after the release of Q's single, "That Part," featuring Kanye West. But TDE's CEO, Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith, wasn't all that pleased with how the release played out and challenged fans who have been reaching out asking for new Q music to show their support.
Luckily, what he feels was a lackluster showing for the single wasn't enough to keep the album hostage any longer.
The countdown begins (or continues?).
