Selena Gomez just went from having zero Vogue covers to having two all thanks to Vogue Brazil.
Louis Vuitton's creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, joins her on the June Issue, where she's wearing, obviously, Louis Vuitton. Sel's transformation from Disney starlet to full-fledged pop star and red carpet darling is due largely in part to having Nicolas by her side. She was front row at the Louis show this past season and wore the label for her most recent Met Gala appearance. And if you must share (one of) your first Vogue covers with someone, the designer of an illustrious French fashion house definitely isn't the worst option.
Being a star of her magnitude, she of course also nabbed a solo shot wearing a Louis Vuitton jumpsuit. To add an extra bit of fashion industry validation, the spread was shot by the iconic Bruce Weber. Not too bad for your first Vogue cover(s).
