It's hard to believe that Zac Efron ever had to, like, work to impress women, but in 8th grade he was willing to do anything to catch the attention of some older ladies, including crimp his hair.

Last night, Zac stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and recalled how he let some older girls at camp crimp his hair. Why they were into crimped hair, however, was not revealed.

Fortunately, Jimmy had wigs made to recreate the look and managed to prove that, yes, Zac can pull off any hairstyle. Those older girls were onto something.
