This Woman's Run-In With A Shopper Is A Powerful Reminder That 'Bikini Body' Is Not A Thing

It's 2016 and body-shaming is still alive and well. If you need proof, look no further than this unfortunate shopping experience that happened in the U.K. last week.

Jess Portelli, 24, says she was waiting in line for the fitting room when a complete stranger said something very rude to her -- that "girls like her" shouldn't wear bikinis. Sigh.

"I'm happy with myself and my biiiigggg tummy with tiger stripes 😂," Portelli shared on Facebook after the incident. "You can be any size and look good! Confidence is what makes you sexy and not just being a size 6!"
