By now, you know Action Bronson is the go-to rapper for all things food. He sprinkles culinary references into his music like a chef generously spices a dish. He already hosts a food and travel show on Viceland, Fuck, That's Delicious, but next year, he's releasing a cookbook.
On Monday night, we got a taste of what it's like to be in the kitchen with the Queens native, and a preview of what kind of recipes to expect from his cookbook, when he stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers.
During the segment -- classically Bronsonian, with all the wit and indulgence to match -- Bam Bam walked Seth and the rest of us through the best method for cooking an octopus (or, as they call it, "bagel of the sea"). This includes beheading it, seasoning it, putting it the oven and, ultimately, grilling it.
Needless to say, I'll be pre-ordering Fuck, That’s Delicious: An Annotated Guide to Eating Well as soon as possible.
