Ever since California's Governator made his return to Hollywood, he's talked openly about starring in sequels to just about everything he's ever participated in. ("Kindergarten Cop 2," anyone?).

The passable but somewhat laughable "The Last Stand" was a box-office bomb. To be fair to the Austrian Oak, plenty of "The Expendables" guys had movies bomb this year. But it makes sense that he'd return to the franchise well.

While in Australia for something called the 21st Century Financial Education Summit seminar, Arnold revealed that shooting will commence on a fifth "Terminator" movie in January, 2014! But in the same breath, he spoke about the rumored "Twins" sequel, which he envisions as "Triplets" with Eddie Murphy showing up alongside him and Danny DeVito. He also brought up "King Conan," which will presumably do away with any continuity from the failed 2011 "Conan" reboot.

Arnold has been talking about all of these great ideas for so long that it's hard to imagine when or how the 65-year-old screen legend will get around to making them. If "Terminator 5" is a go for January, that would obviously be killer. TheArnoldFans website, whose team is following Arnie's stogie smoke around Australia, even said he'll definitely be playing a cybernetic organism vs. a human being, as had been rumored. How they will line all of this up with plot elements "Terminator Salvation" is anyone's guess. (We'd love to see the "Terminator" folks make sense of "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" in their canon. Surely there's room for Brian Austin Green in "Terminator 5"? Yes? No?). Like, why would Skynet or the resistance mess around with such an out-of-date model?

The "January" tidbit apparently came up when someone asked Arnold whether he prefers Conan or The Terminator.

"Well, I don't think there is one character [I can choose from], even with all of my other movies," he said. "I'm very happy that the studios want me to be in 'Terminator 5' and to star as the Terminator, which we start shooting in January." Followed by (here we go again)... "I'm also going to do 'King Conan' and do another 'Twins' movie."

OK, we get it, you're doing a sequel to everything. Please nobody tell him about all of those "Predator" movies that have happened without him. We hope he can pull all of those off, cause they sound great.

Perhaps "Terminator 5" will make use of Austrian Death Machine's "I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots, and Your Motorcycle." The band's frontman could probably use some good news right now.
