Replacing All Guns in Movies With Thumbs Up Is Better Than Everything

There are times when you kind of just have to tip your cap to the internet and give it a hearty round of applause. Or — better yet — a thumbs up. If you're feeling generous, like the Johns Rambo and McClane, maybe even a double thumbs up.

We're thankful for the internet today because of the photoshopping skills of the creator of Thumbs & Ammo, a website solely devoted to taking movie photo stills and photoshopping a thumbs up in place of a gun, as our brothers from another mother at Screenrant discovered this morning. That's it. Yes, that's the entire website. Sounds simple, right? That's because it is, and it's amazing.

"Real tough guys don't need guns, they just need a positive, can-do attitude," Thumbs & Ammo's tagline reads, and we enthusiastically agree!

Think about if, after dramatically reciting his favorite murderous Bible verse, Jules just gave a thumbs up to young Moonlight Graham instead of blowing him away. They become friends. Young Moonlight Graham has a new lease on life. The credits roll. Maybe not a better movie, but we're all just a little bit happier, right? Thumbs up, Quentin!

So bravo, Thumbs & Ammo. You've touched our hearts, instead of shooting at them.
