Well, here's what might be the most aptly-titled film since, I dunno, "Snakes on a Plane."
Jim Sturgess and Kirsten Dunst make for a sci-fi Romeo and Juliet amidst a strange "Brazil"-ish landscape in "Upside Down," the story of two lovers torn asunder by the fact that they live on two completely opposite and inverted worlds that aren't allowed to communicate with one another. It's up to them to prove whether, as the film's kicker says, love is stronger than gravity (perhaps not quite the compelling tagline the filmmakers seem to think it is).
You know those movies that could either be jaw-droppingly amazing or mind-blowingly awful, depending on how the near-impossible material is handled? Yeah, this is one of them, and the trailer bears evidence that it might actually be both -- which means we'll probably love it.
Hey, at least Kirsten is already something of an expert when it comes to upside-down kisses after her rainy smooch in Sam Raimi's "Spider-Man." See, love's not so hard, kids!
