Last night, the internet voting zombies people spoke and declared who and what they favored most from 2012's crop of films at the 2013 People's Choice Awards, and to the surprise of absolutely no one it was "The Hunger Games" which came out on top of the wins list.

"Hunger Games" snagged the win for Favorite Movie as well as Favorite Action Movie, Favorite Movie Franchise and Favorite On-Screen Chemistry. The film also garnered its now two-time Oscar-nominated leading actress Jennifer Lawrence a win for Favorite Movie Actress and Favorite Face of Heroism, which was great because her speech was - per usual - completely adorable.

Just imagine her eventual Academy Award acceptance speech ... but we digress.

"Ted" picked up the win for Favorite Comedy, with Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston randomly sneaking in with Favorite Comedic Actor and Actress wins. "The Avengers" star Robert Downey, Jr. got the Favorite Movie Actor and Favorite Movie Superhero prizes, and co-star slash fellow hottie Chris Hemsworth was declared Favorite Action Movie Star.

On the dramatic end of things, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" was declared the Favorite Drama Movie, with its actress Emma Watson scoring the Favorite Dramatic Actress trophy. Zac Efron, thanks to his schmoozing in "The Lucky One" walked away with a win for Favorite Dramatic Actor. Oh, and Meryl Streep is apparently everyone's Favorite Movie Icon, too. So, there's that.

Last, but certainly not least, "Twilight" got a mention as well last night, as its fandom click-click-clicked away to win itself the prize for Favorite Movie Fan Following.
