We'll definitely have to consider this for the list when we get around to compiling the Most Unexpected Movie News Stories of All Time.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito will soon discover they have another brother — one who looks a lot like Eddie Murphy — in "Triplets," the sequel to the 1988 comedy, "Twins," according to Heat Vision.

"Twins" featured Arnold and Danny as genetically conceived siblings separated at birth who are reunited on their 35th birthday. The bizarro premise worked beautifully (though, really, how could it not?), with the two stars making for a terrific odd couple team ... though their reunion six years later with director Ivan Reitman for the male pregnancy comedy, "Junior," didn't quite hit the same bulls-eye.

The concept for "Triplets," in which Julius (Schwarzenegger) and Vincent (DeVito) discover their long-lost third brother (Murphy), was developed by Universal Pictures and Montecito Picture Co. All three stars are officially attached to the project and the hunt is now on for writers to pen the screenplay, with Reitman signed on to produce.

Hopefully, Arnold will reprise his rather enthusiastic rendition of The Coasters' "Yakety Yak" at some point, perhaps with Kelly Preston looking on lustfully.

First a sequel to "Midnight Run," and now a sequel to "Twins." Has Hollywood gone completely nostalgic for 1988?
