Sacha Baron Cohen has been making headlines all week over his attendance at the Oscars, but that tempest in a teapot pales in comparison to the controversy he stirred up this evening when he took on Hollywood's most powerful figure:

Ryan Seacrest.

As promised, Cohen appeared as Admiral General Shabazz Aladeen, the fictitious lead character of his new comedy "The Dictator." During a red carpet interview, he shocked fans by dumping what he claimed were the ashes of deceased North Korean leader Kim Jong Il on Seacrest.

"Anything can happen, and it just did, all over my lapel," said Seacrest, getting the last word as always.

Note to Cohen: Nobody dictates to Ryan Seacrest.
