Tracy Morgan has been hospitalized after collapsing during an event at the Sundance Film Festival yesterday.

According to TMZ, the "30 Rock" comedian and "Death at a Funeral" star was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City, Utah last night when he apparently became disoriented; after being escorted out of the event, he fell unconscious and was rushed by ambulance to the Park City Medical Center.

According to Morgan's representative, after suffering from "a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention ... He is with his fiancée and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false."

The "Saturday Night Live" veteran has in the past struggled with alcohol, having been arrested twice last decade for driving under the influence. However, alcohol does not appear to have been a factor in this latest incident, as a spokesman for the Park City Medical Center verified that "no drugs or alcohol were found in his system."

No word yet on Morgan's prognosis or when he is expected to be released from the hospital.
