'50/50' Is Great Eight On MTV's Countdown of the Best Movies of 2011

Joseph Gordon-Levitt might have been excited this morning when he learned he was nominated for a Golden Globe, but that pales in comparison to the thrill he must be getting right now — because his film "50/50" has just been named one of the best films of 2011 by MTV's panel of movie experts.

Day three of MTV's Best Movies of 2011 Debate is here and the offbeat cancer comedy "50/50," starring JGL and Seth Rogen, has been voted number eight on the list by Josh Horowitz and his incredible movie think-tank (which, we have to add, includes NextMovie's own Kevin Polowy and Brooke Tarnoff).
