The Muppets are cute. The Muppets are cuddly. The Muppets sing songs like "The Rainbow Connection." But when they see an opportunity for comedy, watch out, because the Muppets will spoof your ass.

And that's just what they've done with their latest foray into topical humor, starring in a series of posters that lovingly (and adorably) pokes fun at the "Twilight" series.

Just last month, the furry friends took their first shot at the vampire franchise with the trailer for the soon-to-be released "The Muppets," which included a clip from  "Breaking Prawn," their parody of the final installment of the "Twilight" series.

The gang are back at it again with a series of posters lampooning the movie, which have shown up just in time for the release of "Breaking Dawn" this coming Friday.

The series depicts Kermit as Edward Cullen lookalike "Vamphibian" and Rowlf as Taylor Lautner's cuddlier (and dare we say hotter?) counterpart "WereRowlf." Of course, no Muppet endeavor would be complete without a little bit of sex appeal from the prettiest pig in showbiz, so the lovely Miss Piggy has donned her finest pearls for the role of a lifetime as vampire-loving virgin "Bella Swine."
