Jason Sudeikis is heading south in search of comedy -- and corruption!

The "Horrible Bosses" star will soon learn a thing or two about Dirty Politicians as he joins the cast of the political comedy, "Dog Fight," according to Risky Business.

The "Saturday Night Live" regular joins Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis in the story about rival politicians in a small congressional district in South Carolina. The cast also includes Sarah Baker and Katherine LaNasa.

Jason Sudeikis is on a roll with the big-screen comedy projects, having appeared this year in "Hall Pass," "A Good Old Fashioned Orgy" and, of course, "Horrible Bosses," in which he was tormented by Colin Farrell and (supposedly) did dirty things with Jennifer Aniston.

Sudeikis just began his seventh season on "SNL" and will appear in the third season of HBO's "Eastbound & Down," which will commence in January 2012. He also continues to provide the voice of Holt Richter, among other characters, on "The Cleveland Show."

"Dog Fight" was written by Shawn Harwell and frequent Ferrell collaborator Chris Henchy. Filming will commence in mid-November in New Orleans under the direction of Jay Roach.
