For sci-fi fans, Ridley Scott's 1982 masterpiece "Blade Runner" is nearly sacred, so when it was announced back in March that Alcon Entertainment had acquired the rights to make sequels, prequels and spin-offs, the news was greeted with something between WTF and outright dread.
After all, could any return to the "Blade Runner" universe, no matter how well-intentioned, actually live up to the original film's legacy?
Well, those of you still worrying about the possibility of "Blade Runner: The Phantom Menace" can rest a little easier today, because a new interview over at MTV reveals that Harrison Ford himself is in talks for the newest film -- and that the film is far from a done deal anyway.
