Don't look now, but while we've all been distracted by the ongoing "Harry Potter," "Twilight" and "Hunger Games" excitement, another teen has been slowly and secretly preparing to dominate the Hollywood scene -- and chances are, you've never even heard of him.

But that's about to change in a big way, as Variety is reporting that Thomas Mann has not one, but two new high profile projects lined up, as the actor has signed a deal to co-star in the upcoming comedy "Fun Size" while also beginning negotiations to join the indie "As Cool as I Am."

Let's face it: Thomas Mann is the man.

So what are these two flicks about, exactly? Well, in Josh Schwartz's "Fun Size," Mann will play Roosevelt, a debate team geek raised by two lesbians; when the girl of his dreams (Victoria Justice) loses track of her younger brother on Halloween, Mann throws caution to the wind and joins her quest to find him. And in "As Cool As I Am," also starring Claire Danes and James Marsden, Mann will play another best friend type who falls in love with the girl.

Apparently Mann is just the loveable type, but if you're not familiar with him, don't worry, because until now there hasn't been a whole lot to be familiar with. After appearing in a couple episodes of various TV shows like "iCarly," Mann appeared in his one and only film role to date in last fall's Zach Galifianakis indie "It's Kind of a Funny Story."

Since then, though, he's blown up bigger than the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, landing roles in both the upcoming comedy "Project X" and the fairly tale action flick "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters." And with "Fun Size" and "As Cool As I Am" now lined up as well, it looks like Mann's days as an unknown are firmly behind him for good.

Both "Fun Size" and "As Cool As I Am" are in the early stages of pre-production, but if you want a look at Mann's talents, you won't have to wait too long: "Project X" is scheduled to land in theaters on Nov. 23.
