If "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1" is the cauldron beginning to brew, then "Part 2" is the boiling point (and maybe even a little run over). The wizarding world is about to explode.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1" hit DVD and Blu-ray last week, signaling the descent into the July 15 release of "Part 2" and the rise of our excitement. Thanks to Trailer Addict, the opening scene (plus a few teasing tidbits from the rest of the movie) is now online and ready to cast its spell on your eyeballs.

The first movie concluded with Harry and company burying Dobby on the beach and  Voldemort blasting his way into Dumbledore's grave and stealing the precious Elder Wand, one of three coveted Deathly Hallows. The first scene picks up almost immediately, with Harry sitting down with wandmaker Olivander (John Hurt) to inquire about the Elder Wand. Olivander writes it off as an old wives' tale. Potter calls B.S.

This may not be the first thing we see when the WB logo flies towards the screen while John Williams' memorable theme trumpets along for the last time, but for an opening, it's a solid, haunting little piece of dialogue. Perhaps not up to par with the jaw-dropping, silent intro of "Part 1," but definitely planting the seeds for the epic battles to come. Voldemort has the Elder Wanted and Olivander puts it bluntly to Harry: you're screwed.

Eh, he's Harry Potter -- he can probably handle it.
