Manny Pacquiao is the first boxer in history to win nine world titles in seven different weight divisions, he's an elected politician to the House of Representatives in the 15th Congress of the Philippines and now he's also Will Ferrell's "Garfunkel" (or "Oates").
On "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the inspired duo performed a rendition of John Lennon's "Imagine," which seems appropriate on the day of elections.
What's the joke of the duet? Honestly, the fact that it's surprisingly touching.
Neither Pacquiao nor Ferrell have great voices but they both sing earnestly. Even when Ferrell improvises a few lines during Pacquiao's part, the boxer only breaks character a moment. Then he sings right back into the camera with steely, slightly crossed eyes that look right through you.
This is Ferrell's best musical performance since "More Cowbell."
