Of course, we already knew both Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush would be returning to their swashbuckling ways, but it looks like Depp's inspiration for Captain Jack Sparrow will be reprising his role as well.
Keith Richards confessed to Reuters that he would be returning to the franchise for its fourth installment, although no further details were given as to what he'd be doing and if the gig is a larger role or simply a cameo like last time.
The Rolling Stones guitarist made a brief appearance in the previous go-round, "At World's End," as Captain Teague, the pirate code keeper and, more importantly, Jack's father.
"On Stranger Tides," which reportedly revolves around Jack's quest for the Fountain of Youth, sails into theaters in 2-D, 3-D and IMAX 3-D on May 20, 2011. Cast newcomers include Penelope Cruz and Ian McShane as evil pirate Blackbeard.
