Lindsay Lohan as Iggy Pop?  You know you'd go see that madness.

Alas, this is but musing on Pop's part as to who should play him in the now-shelved biopic, "The Passenger,"  which was originally set to star Elijah Wood. Starpulse reports that Iggy has pulled the plug on the project because he didn't want to be involved in the promotion of the film.

"It's nothing against Elijah and the script was OK," Iggy told Australia's Triple J radio, "but they sort of wanted me to jump out of cakes and do promotional things and I didn't really want to get involved."

Iggy Pop hasn't ruled out the possibility of a biopic sometime in the near future and says Lindsay Lohan would be a good choice for the lead role.

"She looks like me and she's the only one with enough attitude... They could tape her boobs up or something. She's been in jail at the right age and everything so I thought she could do it."

Actually, so do we. Well, kinda.
