'Mission: Impossible 4' Lands Its Precious Leading Lady

Last year's awards season crop apparently is ripe for the picking.

Just days after "Mission: Impossible 4" landed "The Hurt Locker" hunk Jeremy Renner, the Tom Cruise actioner has found its lady friend in the form of "Precious" actress Paula Patton. She'll be joining Tom and Jeremy as a young IMF operative, according to Deadline.

But this won't be your father's "M:I" flick – Cruise and writer-producer J.J. Abrams intend it to be a franchise reboot.

It won't even be called "Mission: Impossible 4." (Gasp!)

Renner's character is being groomed to replace Ethan Hunt in future adventures, and Patton looks set to be his stunning sidekick.
