Watch This Anchor Awesomely Rap Phife Lyrics Into The Traffic Report

Rush hour coming with more hits than the Braves and the Yankees

Tributes, homages and love have been pouring out all day following news that Phife Dawg of A Tribe Called Quest died on Tuesday from complications from diabetes. He was 45.

"Malik was our loving husband, father, brother and friend," the family of the rapper, born Malik Taylor, said in a statement. "We love him dearly. How he impacted all our lives will never be forgotten. His love for music and sports was only surpassed by his love of God and family."

That sentiment was echoed by everyone from Nicki Minaj to Macklemore to Bun B, and plenty more.

This tribute, though, doesn't come from a rapper, but Mark Arum, the traffic reporter for WSB-TV in Atlanta. He weaves Phife's lyrics into multiple reports, and the result is a tribute that'll bring a smile in the midst of a sad day. Watching a traffic report has never been this fun.
