I'm not even sure where to begin when it comes to tonight's show. What I can say right now is that it was amazing!
We've dealt with this build-up to tonight ever since early last week. America awarded Jeff the Coup d'Etat power and we've been waiting for him to use it. Knowing that it wasn't going to happen last week made this week even more important. And then when Chima won the Head of Household? Oh hell yes! In my opinion, never in all eleven seasons of Big Brother have the fans been so united in cheering for one person. It paid off tonight.
While all of us would have appreciated a real live show, what we received in its place was fantastic as well. For the record, I truly believe that if anybody other than Chima had been the HOH this week we wouldn't have had the show faked as a live show tonight. It's something we had to deal with though and the results were exactly what we've all been waiting for.
Jeff used the Coup d'Etat. Russell and Lydia were taken off the block. Jeff put Natalie and Jessie up in their place. Jessie was voted out. I'd like to think of it as America's Dream. Hell, I'd like to think of it as HamsterDame's Dream. Don't you just love it when things turn out the way you want them to?
There is nothing that can happen that would erase in my mind the looks on the faces of the hamsters when Jeff stood up tonight. Jordan was obviously the most shocked and it was so funny! Jessie and Chima were pissed. Natalie looked amazingly calm. The only expression I didn't understand was Lydia's. Is she really that dense or was that a superb acting job?
Toodles Jessie! Hey, at least you made it to the jury this season. Perhaps you'll make it to the final two in the next All-Stars season. Who am I kidding? I don't want to see your face on the feeds or show ever again unless you're dressed like a gorilla and there as a prop.
Michele winning HOH tonight was good and bad. It's good that it wasn't Natalie or Chima. It's bad that it wasn't Jordan or Jeff. I wonder what side Michele will take this week. Will she target Lydia and Kevin? Will she target two of the men and further cement the possibility of an all woman final? It's really hard to read her and know what's really going on in that head of hers sometimes.
I couldn't believe the gall that Chima had in telling Kevin who to pit against each other in the HOH competition. But then Kevin went and did it! That's something I'm sure Jeff and Russell won't forget any time soon.
So much is going on in my head about tonight's show still! Jessie actually brought in a t-shirt that says, "The man, the myth, the legend," and has his picture on it? Natalie owns women's clothing? Jordan was really shocked that Jeff held the wizard power? And what about the Fast Forward next week? Two people going home in one hour! I can't wait to liveblog it!
What are you thinking about everything that happened tonight? Any favorite part? Do you think Jessie went out in class? How much of Chima's reaction do you think they edited out tonight? Who do you think Michele is going to nominate tomorrow? Tell me all about it in the comments!
