Well, well. This is interesting.
DEA investigators want to talk to Mary-Kate Olsen about the death of Heath Ledger -- specifically, it seems, with regards to where he got the OxyContin involved in his overdose -- and her lawyer is refusing to let her chat with them until she gets immunity from prosecution. All the other drugs found in Heath's system came from valid prescriptions, but the Oxy, it appears, was obtained illegally. And probably from Mary-Kate or one of her entourage.
If the Feds choose to, they can obtain a grand-jury subpoena to compel her to talk.
This could get interesting.
