The Rock And Kevin Hart Are Hosting The 2016 MTV Movie Awards -- And You Get To Tell Them What To Do

Our MTV Movie Awards hosts need your help, America.

Do you smell that? That's the smell of pure, uncontrollable excitement. It's the kind of aroma that wafts into the ring room when something awesome happens -- like, say, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Kevin Hart announcing that they're hosting the 2016 MTV Movie Awards together on April 10, 2016.

?? DO YOU SMELL IT NOW? ??

The two handsome sumbitches announced the news on Twitter:

Needless to say, they're ready -- and excited -- for the challenge. But first, they need a little help from you.

On Saturday, February 20, MTV will host the biggest simultaneous livestream ever with The Rock and Hart that will give you the chance to tell the Central Intelligence stars what to do in a fan-sourced Movie Awards promo. During the livestream -- which will be featured across Facebook Live, Periscope, Meerkat, YouTube, and YouNow, starting at 2 p.m. EST -- Johnson and Hart will take direction from fan tweets and comments, which means you get to tell the guys what they should say and do.

MTV will take this footage and cut it up to appear as promos across TV, digital, and social all while making sure to give credit to the fans who helped "write and direct" it.

So if you've ever wanted to see Kevin Hart and The Rock re-enact a scene from Fifty Shades Of Grey, now is your chance, America!

Be sure to tune in for The Rock and Kevin Hart's big show on April 10, 2016, and check back here on MTV News for updates leading up to the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.
