Watch The Weeknd Give 'In The Night' A Syrupy Grammy Remix

Can you even feel your face rn?

The 25-year-old R&B singer Abęl Makkonen Tesfaye took the Grammys stage on Monday night (Feb. 13) to perform his Michael Jackson-inspired hits "Can’t Feel My Face" and "In The Night" from his 2015 album Beauty Behind the Madness.

Tesfaye’s Beauty Behind the Madness won a Grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album and is nominated for Album of the Year. His song “Earned It” won for Best R&B Performance and earned nominations for Best R&B Song and Best Song Written for Visual Media for its place on the 50 Shades of Grey soundtrack. “Can’t Feel My Face” is up for Record of the Year and was nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance.

If you’re wondering why The Weeknd can land all these nominations but not for Best New Artist it’s because this isn’t Tesfaye’s first time at the rodeo. The singer was featured on Wiz Khalifa’s song “Remember You” back in 2014 which was up for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration and also had a debut album released at the time, therefore he can’t win for Best New Artist according to Grammy rules.
